Excellent response-rate and customer service. The Impressions Group team is proactive in sending out notices and updates to customers ahead of time and is a reliable service. We've been using them for years and will continue to do so. After building my dream home on a custom lot, my yard needed work. I have a difficult lot, with a reverse ravine, septic bed that is raised, and a neighbour whose lot is much higher so this could lead to spring flooding and some other questions with the land. Because of this, I called Impressions Design (whom I had great success with for my winter snowblowing). Liam came out and worked out a beautiful design. This is where Impressions again worked their magic and turned my house into an oasis. From the collaborative design process to the execution, every aspect of the project was handled with precision and expertise.

The pool installation was a standout, the armour stone wall added elegance and functionality preventing any issues from spring runoff into the house from either my neighbour or the septic. Any issues I had with slope and stability were meticulously looked after to make upkeep a breeze.

We ordered a swim spa from Impressions and absolutely love our Spa. This was a huge project and took a few months but the team at Impressions where professional and completed the project as per our agreement.
We love the stamped concrete look and design. We shopped around and Impressions was by far the best value and a one stop shop for the entire project. The spa and landscaping will be enjoyed for many years to come.

I used Impressions to create a large, stamped concrete floor & patio space for a 3 season room I was creating underneath my second story deck. It's a beautiful area, and they coloured matched the armourstone that is all around the space so it ties in seamlessly with the existing landscaping, and allowed me to add even more gardens! Coming back to write a review as I cannot recommend impressions group enough! We had a stamped concrete patio done in our backyard by them and were so pleased by the finished product. We are thrilled to share our outstanding experience with Impressions Group Ottawa. They installed a fibreglass pool and large stamped concrete patio surround for us.  From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were truly exceptional.  For example we had unexpected rain on the day of the concrete pour which could have been a disaster.  Their obviously highly experienced team worked efficiently to cover the work site and still managed a perfect stamping finish.   Their costs were also by far the best in the area.  The team including Amy and Earl were a pleasure to speak with and offered excellent design advice. Our new pool exceeds expectations, and our family (including the dogs) couldn't be happier with the results!
